Meet Maddie! ✨

Hi, I’m Maddie—though on paper you’ll see me as Madalyn. I grew up in Edgington, a tiny farm town in western Illinois so small it doesn’t even have its own zip code. Some of my favorite childhood memories are of raising bucket calves on our family farm. Cows are still my favorite animal to this day!

After studying Advertising and minoring in Data Science at Iowa State University, I made the move to Chicago, where I’ve built my career and life ever since. I carry both worlds with me: the grounded perspective of wide-open farmland and the ambitious drive that comes from living in a big city. That “country-to-city” journey has shaped me into someone who is approachable and authentic, yet always striving for more.

Outside of work, you can usually find me singing karaoke with my mom, planning my next adventure, getting my nails done, going to concerts, or trying new spots in Chicago’s food scene. I take pride in caring deeply about everything I do—whether it’s personal or professional. When it comes to my work, I treat it with the same level of ownership and integrity I bring to the rest of my life.

At the end of the day, what motivates me most is creating marketing that doesn’t just get noticed—it inspires trust, builds community, and makes a lasting impact. I’m excited to bring that energy and expertise into my next role, and to continue growing as a marketing leader who elevates both people and brands.
