Environmental & On-Site Branding

The Challenge

At 33 Realty, each property required signage that did more than mark a location — it had to reflect the building’s unique brand identity, guide visitors effortlessly, and drive leasing activity. In competitive urban neighborhoods, signage became one of the most visible and immediate touchpoints with prospective residents.

The Action

I designed and project-managed a variety of custom banners, sandwich boards, and window clings tailored to each property’s brand standards. Using Adobe Illustrator for large signage and Canva for smaller signage, I created clear, visually engaging signage that reinforced each property’s identity while meeting functional needs. I worked directly with property ownership, sending drafts for edits and approval to ensure alignment with their vision and goals. Once approved, I coordinated with local vendors to manage production and oversee installation, ensuring the final product was durable, accurate, and strategically placed.

The Impact

The signage not only elevated curb appeal but also generated measurable leasing benefits — from increased property inquiries and walk-in tours to stronger visibility on high-traffic streets. By combining creative design with end-to-end project management, I ensured each installation delivered both aesthetic and business value.
